The Health Emergency Operations Center (COE) coordinates response actions to public health emergencies, including mobilizing resources to restore health services and coordinating information among the three spheres of management in the Unified Health System. Each COE is associated with a specific public health emergency. In 2024, a notable COE was related to the dengue and other arboviruses epidemic.

Accordingly, I developed the materials to compose the center room and use them in official communications from the Ministry of Health related to the COE, based on the visual identity made by Erick Vinicius Andrade da Rocha.
